On Sunday my family came over for dinner so I made lemon raspberry cupcakes with lemon cream cheese frosting. They didn't rise when they baked very much, so I gotta tweak them a little next time I make them. You know your cupcakes are good when you put 22 on the table and within a few minutes you only end up with 5 left (although it could have had more to do with their size than their taste). I will definitely be making these again because I loved them.
