Happy Birthday To Me

So, I feel a little wierd writing about my own birthday, but it did happen. I turned a year older, and Ben and the kids did a great job at making sure it was a good day. It couldn't be too bad if your day starts out with your husband making you this for your bday:
Lemon bread french toast with a strawberry banana cream cheese mixture on top. It was good, but I was stuffed after sharing just one piece with Payton.
My mind's a little blurry, it's been a busy month so I can't remember exactly what order things happened in on my bday. I think we opened presents next, but I could be wrong. So, here's a couple of the present pictures:
Can you tell I love having my picture taken? I got some great gifts- Sprinkles cupcakes, a cute bracelet with pictures of the kids on it, a Barnes and Nobles gift card, and more pictures of the kids. I think the rest of the day went like this: Lunch at Joe's Farm Grill, one of my favorites, then to Krispy Kreme for my free dozen doughnuts. After that we came home, and I got a few phone calls from Ben's family. That night my parents watched the kids while Ben and I had a nice, quiet, kid-free dinner (so nice without kids climbing all over the table) at Liberty Market (another one of my favs), then hit Golfland for a round of mini-golf. It was a fun day, and Ben did a great job at planning it.
I didn't really ever have a birthday cake, but the Sunday before my birthday Ben made Chocolate Lava cakes for it. So, I guess that counts, right?
And let me tell you, they were delicious!
