Ben's Bday Extravaganza (So Far)

Ben lucked out this year and is getting three celebrations for his birthday! So here's the first two:
Tuesday we went to fondue with Ben's family. It was for Ben's bday, and his dad's bday (which is Saturday), and the gift certificate we used was from when they charged Ben's mom for Anna's bday since they said our reservation was the day before we were going to go. But, we got to go Tuesday and had a lot of fun! Here's the goofy crew from dinner:
Me, Baylee, and Ben. Happy Birthday, Ben! Baylee would not eat anything that was dipped in cheese, which was really odd since cheese is one of her favorite foods.
Our nefews Owen and Garrett being goofballs!
Our niece, Shelby.
Ben's mom, Kathy. I'm not sure what she's doing....
Ben's dad, Dan. I think he's trying to look older than he is? Preparing for his not-so-distant future?
Ben's brother, Ryan and his wife, Anna. I think Ryan was dipping as much as he could before all the alcohol burned out of the chocolate fondue....
Baylee loved the chocolate fondue (as did we all). A lot of us were eating it plain after all the dippers were gone. Baylee even tried to lick her plate clean after the chocolate was gone. We had a lot of fun, and our fondue meal was a fun little experience. I think it made a good bday dinner for Ben and his dad.

Yesterday for Ben's bday, he went to work so he can take tomorrow off to celebrate even more. After he got home we went to sushi for his bday dinner (just the three of us). That's what he wanted, so we went and Baylee is always wanting sushi, so it made it easy. Later we went over to his parents for presents and cake. So, here's some pictures of that:
What a face! What a cheeseball! I don't think Ben actually got to open any of his presents. I think Baylee did it all for him.Ben getting excited over MarioKart for the Wii.......and Baylee demonstrating for Ben how to work it.Baylee knows her daddy LOVES belt buckles, so when we were doing some shopping yesterday she picked this one out for him all on her own. She did a good job!And finally cake time! We got a Coldstone cake. If you take the time to count the candles, there's actually only 20 on there. We were 6 candles short. Oh well.

Well, I think Ben had a great bday (or at least I hope he did), and the party will continue on tomorrow! We will update on that soon! Happy Birthday Ben! I can't believe we are 26 this year!
