Ringing In The New Year

I know this post os a little late, but I just wanted to put a few pictures up from our New Year's celebration.  This year I think is the first year that Ben and I actually stayed up until midnight together, and surprisingly Baylee stayed up just as late.  We went over to my Aunt Melissa's for a little party, and had a blast.  Here's a few things we did.

The front room had Rock Band going on, and Baylee jumped in and wanted to play the drums (she's takes after her mommy).  We also had a ton of food to munch on, Mexican Train Dominos, a lot of socializing, and later we played Apples to Apples.

My sister, Annie, and cousin Ryan also had some DS playing going on.  Baylee loves Ryan and just sat next to him on the couch and watched him play.  This was the calmest we saw her all night.

We also had a few pillow fights, and Baylee had to get in on that action, which I believe eventually broke out into a dart gun fight.  Don't worry, they were just plastic and velcro darts.

Midnight was there before too long, and we all went outside to make plenty of noise to ring it in.  We had a great time.

Also, as a late Christmas/Ben's new job (ok, it's been 6 months) celebration present, we bought ourselves a nice 50 inch plasma tv.  We love it!  So, anyone up for a Wii tournament or movie night, come on over!  We also found a couple of houses we are planning on putting offers in on, and we should have plenty room for visitors.  2009 should be a great year for us!  A lot of changes, but we are excited for them.  Happy New Years everyone!

Enjoyed the pictures and remembering the great time we all had. Do we have to wait a whole year before we can celebrate like this again. It was really nice having the Hall family with us this year.
