Catch-Up

I am so behind! So here's an update for what we've been up to for the last week, with lots of pictures (I hope that doesn't get too annoying).

Happy Birthday Owen (or at least Birthday party):
Last Friday was cousin Owen's birthday party at Super Frank's. It's kinda like a clean Chuck E. Cheese's. This is Baylee trying to play glow-in-the-dark miniture golf, with daddy's help.Baylee has been terrified of her Uncle Ryan for quite awhile. However, a break through was made at Owen's party and she actually let Ryan hold her! It was amazing!

Saturday Clean-Up:
One of our neighbor's called the city and complained about our yard, so we have been given 10 days to fix it. So, we tried to keep daddy company while he was working on the yard, but it's hard when you have a one year old who wants to "help" with the cleanup. We came inside for a minute, and Baylee made her own mess instead. But, at least she was fashionable in her sunglasses and shoes with her footed p.j.s, right? Keep in mind she had a blast walking up and down the street dressed like this. Ben got to quit early because our friends the Millars (Evan, Brooke, and McKenzie) came to Pleasanton to visit us. We went to lunch at Red Robin and then walked to Downtown Pleasanton for ice cream from the dairy, which we ate in the park. Then we just hung out at Ben's parents for a little bit. Unfortunately I didn't get any pictures, which is sad becuase Baylee and McKenzie played so cute together! It was fun to see them.Later Saturday night, Ben's parents took us out to The Cheesecake Factory. It was quite a long dinner, as service was slow...but the food and company were great! Here's Baylee with Grandma Hall.

Happy Birthday (for real this time) to Owen:
On Monday we went to Red Robin (again) for Owen's real birthday. Shelby let Baylee have some of her mac & cheese and she loved it! Can you tell? What a mess!

Daddy surprised us:
Baylee and I got a nice surprise yesterday around 3. Ben came home early! We weren't expecting him to be home until 9, but sure enough he showed up at 3, with a hungry tummy. So, we ran to In 'n Out, and Baylee loved the milkshake her daddy got.

The A's Won: Today we went to the A's game with cousin Garrett and Uncle Ryan. Baylee thought she was such a big girl sitting in a chair all by herself by cousin Garrett! She loves playing with him.
Baylee is such a good cheerleader, and had fun dancing during the game, even on her chair.
I have to show proof that Ben came with us. Although I'm not sure what is going on with this picture. Garrett took it, and I don't know what Ben is trying to do.....
