We also went back to the park Saturday, and this time we remembered our camera and bread! So here are a couple of pictures of us feeding the ducks (I know, too exciting, right?)

Ben, Brittany, Baylee & Payton Hall
Baylee picks up a lot of phrases and actions from her little shows she likes to watch. Lately Dora the Explorer and Go Diego Go, or Di-ga-doe as she says, have become some of her favorites, much to my dismay. These shows are in English with some Spanish (she also love Ni Hao Kai-lan with Chinese). Thanks to Dora and Diego (I think Cinderella and Mickey Mouse Clubhouse may also be to blame), Baylee has some imaginary friends. They aren't human though, they are birds. Baby Birdy comes everywhere with us. Here's a picture of how Baylee carries her birdies:There's a story behind the birdies, so if you want to know, just ask me. Thanks to Dora and Diego, Baylee also goes around saying that she's one of them or Boots or Baby Jaguar (Dora and Diego's buddies) all day long, and even likes to name us one of them, too. Di-ga-doe is her favorite person to be though. Probably because he's the one that saves all the animals. I could go on and on about the funny things Baylee picks up off of her t.v. shows, but I'll end with one more Dora and Diego one. Yesterday, my mom and I were in the car with Baylee when all of the sudden she starts counting. This wouldn't be anything out of the ordinary for her (she's been counting to 15 for months), except that she was counting in Spanish! Only to six, but still kinda crazy! We've never tried to teach her, so she must have picked it up from her shows. So, here's a little video of it. She's not pronoucing the numbers as well (quatro sounds like wonderful) and it's only to five, but she usually pronounces them perfect with a Spanish accent as well.
It's crazy what little kids pick up!
